How the membership works

Credits may accumulate up to three treatments while your membership is active.

Additional Appointments

Members may book additional appointments beyond their membership credit.

These appointments can be booked at the same membership rate, subject to practitioner availability.

Share Your Membership

Memberships can also be used for partners or family members.

If you’re unable to use a credit, it may be shared with a partner, friend or family member.

Simply let us know when booking so we can apply the credit to the correct appointment.

Reserved Appointments

Members may choose to reserve a regular day and time each fortnight to ensure consistent care.

• Remedial massage
• Acupuncture/Acupuncture blended treatment
• Athletica Signature treatments (massage, cupping and dry needling)

Booking your appointment

Membership terms

• $99 credit added every fortnight
• Credits may accumulate up to three treatments while your membership is active
• Minimum membership term 4 weeks: two billing cycles (4 weeks) before cancellation.
• 2 weeks’ notice required to cancel

If membership is cancelled, remaining credit may be used towards a standard full-fee appointment, but membership discounts no longer apply.

Membership Pause

Memberships may be paused for travel or extended time away from the clinic.

• Minimum pause period: 2 weeks
• Maximum pause period: 8 weeks per calendar year
• Pause requests must be submitted before the next billing date

During a membership pause:

• No payments will be processed
• No membership credits will accumulate
• Existing credits will remain on your account

Membership will automatically resume once the pause period ends.

Cancellation policy

Our standard 24-hour notice cancellation policy applies:
• Late cancellations incur 50% fee
• No-shows incur 100% fee

Founding Membership Price

The $99 membership price is our original launch rate.

Treatment prices will be increasing, meaning current members will continue receiving treatments at a significantly reduced rate.
