Yes. Eligible treatments may be claimable through private health insurance, depending on your cover and practitioner.
We offer HICAPS for convenient on-the-spot claiming.

Eligible patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan may be able to claim Medicare rebates for osteopathy.
Your GP determines eligibility and coordinates the plan. Medicare rebates generally cover only part of the consultation fee, so a gap payment may apply.

Yes. We welcome eligible DVA patients for osteopathy.
A valid referral and appropriate DVA eligibility are required. Please contact us before your first appointment so we can confirm the necessary details.

We may accept eligible workers compensation patients, subject to the insurer, claim status, treatment approval and practitioner requirements.

NDIS funding cannot be assumed to cover osteopathy or massage automatically. Any service must meet the relevant NDIS requirements and be appropriately funded.

A card processing surcharge may apply, subject to the clinic's current payment arrangements.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation price.
Missed appointments without notice may incur the full appointment fee.
We understand unexpected circumstances arise and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
