Abby Goodwin

Osteopath &  Massage Therapist

Abby is an Osteopath and Remedial Massage Therapist with a strong focus on hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and patient-centred care.

With a background in dance, Abby brings a unique understanding of movement, control, and body awareness into her treatments. She integrates this into tailored rehabilitation programs that focus on improving mobility, stability, and strength—helping patients return to what they love with confidence.

Abby’s treatment style is highly hands-on, drawing on a range of osteopathic techniques including myofascial release, balanced ligamentous tension (BLT), joint articulation, HVLA, and soft tissue therapy. She is passionate about delivering treatments that not only relieve pain but also address the underlying cause of dysfunction.

She has a particular interest in managing both acute and persistent musculoskeletal conditions, as well as working with individuals with hypermobility and related conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), POTS, and MCAS. Abby also enjoys supporting patients through pre- and post-natal care, with a focus on safe, progressive rehabilitation.

Abby places strong emphasis on education and empowering her patients. She believes that clear communication, achievable goals, and simple, effective rehab strategies are key to long-term results. Her approach ensures that rehabilitation feels realistic, sustainable, and easy to integrate into daily life.

Outside of the clinic, Abby is an accomplished athlete and competitive pole dancer, having competed at a national level. Her active lifestyle continues to shape her passion for movement, performance, and recovery.
